TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All bookings must be made in advance via our online system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Bookings are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your session for another date within 3 months of your original booking. This policy supersedes the previous cancellation terms.
Your booking time begins at the time reserved, not your arrival time. Please plan accordingly to avoid additional charges.
Setup and take-down time must be included in your booking hours. Overtime charges will apply if you go over your schedule
Please note that all booking requests are subject to review and may be declined at the studio's discretion.
We aim to respond to all booking inquiries and requests within 24 hours.

The studio is available for the agreed duration only. Late arrivals do not result in time extensions.
The studio is for the exclusive use of the individual or business named in the booking. Sub-letting or allowing third-party use is not permitted.
Clients are responsible for any guests they bring into the studio.
The studio must be left clean and tidy after use. A cleaning fee will be charged for excessive mess or damage.
The studio must be surrendered in the same condition it was in at the start of the booking. Clients are liable for any damage or costs incurred due to breach of this policy.

All equipment must be used respectfully and with care.
Any damage to studio equipment (e.g., cameras, lighting, computers) will result in charges based on repair or replacement costs.
Equipment may only be used by the client or approved personnel.
Use of any external equipment must be discussed and approved in advance.

Furniture and the studio setup are designed to enhance your creative experience.
Clients may not move or rearrange furniture without prior approval.
Affixing anything to walls, floors, or furniture is prohibited unless agreed upon in writing.
Any furniture damage will be charged to the client.

Clients must behave in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in termination of the session with no refund.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Full nudity is not allowed in the studios.
Please do not film or photograph in the communal areas to avoid disruption to other businesses in the building.

Food is not allowed in the studio. Please use the communal kitchen on the first floor.
Water is permitted but must be kept away from sensitive equipment.

Clients must follow all health and safety regulations, including any fire or COVID-19 protocols.
Any accidents or injuries must be reported to studio management immediately.

The studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Clients are encouraged to arrange their own insurance for equipment or valuables.
The studio accepts no liability for injuries or losses caused by use of the facilities or equipment.

Clients retain full ownership of all content created during their session.
The studio may request permission to use content (images/videos) for promotional purposes. Any commercial use will be discussed and agreed in advance.

Any services or time beyond your original booking will be billed at the agreed by a time and a half basis.

Clients must respect the privacy of others and not enter or interfere with other areas or studios in the building.

The studio may carry out maintenance or repairs as needed. We will provide notice whenever possible.
In the event of equipment failure during your session, we will make every effort to provide a replacement or adjust your session.

The studio reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Clients will be informed of changes prior to their next booking.
