Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms and Conditions 1. Booking and Payment All bookings must be made in advance via our online system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Bookings are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule once within 3 months of your original date. Your booking time begins at the time reserved, not your arrival time. Setup and take-down must be included in your hours. Overtime charges apply if you exceed your time. Booking requests may be declined at the studio’s discretion. We respond to all requests within 24 hours. 2. Studio Access The studio is available for the booked duration only. Late arrivals do not extend your time. Only the person or business named in the booking may use the space. Subletting is not allowed. Clients are responsible for any guests and must leave the space clean. Fees apply for excessive mess or damage. The studio must be returned in the same condition as found. 3. Equipment Use Studio equipment must be handled with care. Damages will be billed based on repair or replacement costs. Use by approved individuals only. External equipment requires prior approval. 4. Furniture and Layout Furniture is curated to enhance the space. Do not move or alter layouts without prior permission. Affixing anything to walls or furniture is not allowed. Damage will be charged. 5. Conduct Professional and respectful behavior is required. Inappropriate conduct may result in session termination with no refund. No smoking. Full nudity is prohibited. Filming or photography in shared areas is not allowed. 6. Food and Drink No food in the studio. Water is allowed but must be kept away from equipment. Use the communal kitchen for meals. 7. Health and Safety Clients must follow all safety and fire/COVID-19 protocols. Report accidents immediately. 8. Liability The studio is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Clients are encouraged to have insurance. Use of the studio is at your own risk. 9. Intellectual Property Clients retain full ownership of content. The studio may request permission to use images for promotion. 10. Extra Services Additional time or services will be billed at time and a half. 11. Privacy & Maintenance Respect other studio areas and users. Maintenance may occur with notice. We will do our best to resolve any equipment issues during your booking. 12. Agreement By confirming your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
